Finance and Corporate Strategy

The finance and corporate strategy portfolio is responsible for the Centre’s Finance, HR, IT and Corporate Affairs functions as well as the financial strategy.

Finance has responsibility for financial control, financial reporting and the management of information.

HR (People and Learning) provide support and guidance to managers and staff on policies and procedures. They co-ordinate and manage the recruitment process, develop and implement the People & Learning Strategy, along with developing people processes that provide a demonstrable benefit to centre staff and the performance of the organisation as a whole.  

Information technology supports the business by ensuring that all IT and telephony requirements are met to a high standard. They support the Centre’s Microsoft network, IT and Telecommunications facilities, in order to provide a robust, efficient quality service to all Centre. IT takes the lead in formulating the Centre’s future IT strategy and ensuring the security of data from internal and external attack.
