Huw Williams and Geraint Tilsley

Huw WilliamsHuw Williams is a partner in the Cardiff office of Geldard LLP, solicitors, where he specialises in public law. He has been company secretary of Wales Millennium Centre since 1998, although his professional involvement in the project to build a national centre for the performing arts in Cardiff Bay dates back to 1988. Huw is a Trustee  of the National Museum of Wales, a member of the Law Society's Planning and Environment Law Committee and of its Wales Committee, and a member of the executive committee of the Wales Public Law and Human Rights Association. He is also a member of the Council of the Oxford University Society. Originally from Llanelli, Carmarthenshire, he now lives in Penarth, near Cardiff and is a Welsh speaker.



Geraint Tilsley  is also a partner in Geldards LLP's Cardiff office, specialising in corporate finance and corporate governance.  He has been involved with Wales Millennium Centre since 2000, and was appointed joint company secretary in 2013.  His work in the arts and cultural sector includes advising the Arts Council of Wales on its capital funding to many of Wales' leading arts bodies over the last ten years.  Geraint, a Welsh speaker,  is originally from North Wales and now lives in Cardiff.
