Membership

All members using our Promo Codes to access priority booking, exclusive seating or ticket offers must adhere to the following terms and conditions.

By joining our Promise Membership scheme you are giving permission for Wales Millennium Centre to contact you by both email and mail with information about upcoming shows and events. However, if at any time you wish to opt out of receiving information about shows and events at the Centre please contact the Ticket Office so that your record can be amended appropriately. Or, alternatively, you can change your preferences by logging in to ‘My Account’ online.

 

Restrictions for Individual Members apply as follows:

  • During the priority booking period, a maximum of 4 tickets per performance can be purchased.
  • With a ticket offer, and during the priority booking period, a maximum of 2 tickets at the offer price, and a further 2 tickets at standard price can be purchased.
  • With a ticket offer, during the public on sale period, a maximum of 2 tickets can be purchased at the offer price.
  • If additional tickets are purchased, Wales Millennium Centre reserves the right to recover and refund them.
  • During the public on sale period, normal ticket restrictions apply.

  • During the priority booking period, a maximum of 8 tickets per performance can be purchased
  • With a ticket offer, and during the priority booking period, a maximum of 4 tickets at the offer price, and a further 4 tickets at standard price can be purchased.
  • With a ticket offer, during the public on sale period, a maximum of 4 tickets can be purchased at the offer price.
  • If additional tickets are purchased, Wales Millennium Centre reserves the right to recover and refund them
  • During the public on sale period, normal ticket restrictions apply.

Joint Membership

When a Joint Membership is purchased, members will receive two membership cards and both can access priority booking, ticket offers and discounts through the Ticket Office. However, only one online account per membership can be used to access members’ offers online and only one piece of correspondence will be sent per membership for all future communications - this includes all on-sale mailings and renewal notices.
