Our First Wedding!
Wales Millennium Centre was thrilled to have held its first wedding ceremony on Saturday August 26th, when Sarah Breen and James Forsyth, from Barry, became the first couple to tie the knot inside the venue. The happy couple, winners of a competition in Wales On Sunday for an all-expenses paid wedding at the Centre, had their ceremony held in the auditorium, with photographs taken around the building and their reception in Awen Bar, looking out of the iconic letters that adorn the front of the building.
With only two hectic months to plan the wedding, the Bride and Groom finally exchanged vows on the stage in front of an intimate gathering of 40 guests. Speaking at the reception, James’ father, Ian, said “It has been an amazing day.” After the wedding, the couple jetted off on their honeymoon to
