How to collect and book tickets
The Ticket and Information Office is located in the foyer of Wales Millennium Centre and is straight in front of the main entrance doors. Access for wheelchair users is available at all ticket desks. There is an integral loop system throughout the Ticket desk and foyer area for the hearing impaired.
The ticket office is open for telephone bookings from 10am until 7pm every weekday and bookings can be made in person at Wales Millennium Centre during these times

  • Transaction Fee for telephone, internet and postal bookings - £2 per transaction
  • Transaction Fee for in person bookings made at WMC - £1 (excludes cash purchases)
  • Charge for posting tickets to a patron (2nd class) - Free of Charge       
  • Additional charge for First Class post - £0.50
  • Additional charge for recorded delivery - £1.50

The Transaction Fee does not apply to Disabled Car Park or Guided Tour bookings.

We offer discounts for registered disabled patrons on most performances. The prices mean that the disabled person will pay the lowest ticket price in their chosen area of seating, and their companion will be free of charge.
Concessionary rates do vary according to performance, so please check with the ticket office when booking.

Accessible toilets
There are fully accessible unisex toilets located on both sides of the auditorium and on each level.  There are an equal number of left and right side transfers.
Wheelchair unisex toilets are equipped with an alarmed pull cord in case of emergency.
All public toilets and changing facilities have tactile pictograms with Braille (English and Welsh) indicating whether they are male / female / accessible.

Baby Changing facilities
Facilities are available in the Glanfa concourse, behind the south concourse stairs.

Public Payphone
The public payphone is situated on the Glanfa concourse by the stairs.  This concourse is to the right of the main ticket counter.  The payphone has a text keyboard and induction coupler. The payphone is at a height suitable for wheelchair users.

Taxis
The Information desk will order a taxi on behalf of disabled customers if required.  Taxis are able to drop off / pick up from the rear entrance to the Centre where the accessible parking is located.
