A funny and deeply moving drama, that depicts two weeks in the lives of six miners trapped down a collapsed coalmine. The critically acclaimed debut play written by Chris Urch and directed by Paul Robinson, is packed full of blistering comedy and echoes a generation of lost voices. Winner of Time Out's Critic's Choice, Fringe Show of the Year 2013 and The Stage Critic's Pick 2015, Land of Our Fathers is produced by Theatre503, Tara Finney Productions and Wales Millennium Centre.

Land of Our Fathers was originally commissioned by Theatre503 as part of the 503Five 2012/13. It received its world premiere at Theatre503 on 18 October 2013, opening to critical acclaim and a sold-out run and receiving nominations for five Off West End Awards - Best Director, Best Production, Best Set Designer, Best Lighting Designer and Best New Play. It transferred to Trafalgar Studios (West End) on 3 September 2014 where it delighted audiences once more. Following a recent tour of Wales, Land of Our Fathers is now touring in England.
