This is a guided, group experience and there must be a minimum of 1 adult for every 3 children

PLEASE CAREFULLY SELECT EITHER A WELSH OR ENGLISH LANGUAGE EXPERIENCE. IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE LANGUAGE OF YOUR TOUR ON ARRIVAL.

Duration: 1 hour

Embark on a magical and interactive journey and discover the secrets of a writer beloved by children of all ages. Learn about Roald Dahl's extraordinary life and the surprising inspiration for his most famous characters and stories.

The tour features unique items from the Roald Dahl Museum and Story Centre archives. Plus there are interactive installations to spark the imagination - and even test your own powers of creativity. Squirm your way through curious spaces as you step inside this Wondercrump World.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARRIVE AT LEAST 20 MINUTES BEFORE THE START OF YOUR EXPERIENCE. LATECOMERS WILL NOT BE ADMITTED.

Support Us tickets include a small voluntary donation. If you are a UK taxpayer and can say ‘Yes’ to Gift Aid, we can reclaim the tax you have paid on the whole ticket price; not just the donation. This is worth an additional 25% to the Centre, meaning a £9 ticket is worth £11.25.

The money raised through Support Us tickets, and the Gift Aid we claim on them, will go towards our Roald Dahl centenary celebrations in 2016, providing a programme of free creative learning activity for people throughout Wales.

Quentin Blake: Inside Stories

To see how Roald Dahl's characters were brought to life, visit the free exhibition at National Museum Cardiff to get up close to some of Quentin Blake's original drawings. Quentin Blake: Inside Stories is open until 20 November.
