Co-produced by Wales Millennium Centre and Gagglebabble as part of Festival of Voice

Part murder mystery, part gig, and a whole lot of fun; Double Vision is a brand-new thriller from Wales Millennium Centre and award-winning theatre company Gagglebabble.

Welcome aboard the Empress of the Sea, the most luxurious cruise ship ever built, we’re going to make this a trip you’ll never forget.

Lead singer Serena woos the crowds nightly while Mel mixes the cocktails.

But one stormy night, events take an unexpected and sinister turn. As the ship hits choppy waters passengers disappear, perspectives shift, reality blurs and Serena’s life changes forever.

A thrilling ride through the darkness of the human psyche, inspired by Alfred Hitchcock and Ernest Lehman’s unfinished script, ‘The Blind Man’. A story about friendship, perception and betrayal.

Combining Gagglebabble’s signature dark humour with an electrifying original score composed by Lucy Rivers and performed by a live band fronted by 9Bach’s Lisa Jên, this will be a multi-sensory experience...

Performance on 6 June at 7:30pm is a preview show.

All shows are accessible for visually impaired people, with audio description built into the script. If you have access requirements please notify us at point of booking. The show will be sensory and potentially scary – it is a thriller.
