Customer Relations Assistants will be on hand to answer any enquiries via the web chat from 10am – 4pm, Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays). If you’re contacting us out of hours, or if all our team are busy serving other customers, there is also a ChatBot capable of answering basic queries.

Our customer support telephone line is available 12–4pm Monday to Friday. You can reach us on 029 2063 6464. Please continue to contact us online wherever possible. For customers without access to digital channels, this phone line is busiest 12–2pm and then quieter 2–4pm.
Using our website is the fastest way to book tickets and check availability.
