Our premier boardroom space and private function area is located on the mezzanine on Level 3.

As a large space with a light aspect and balcony views of some of Cardiff’s famous landmarks, the Japan Room lends itself perfectly to board meetings and small conferences.

There are toilets situated close by and an area outside the room for catering to be set up, or our private members’ bar Copr, which is located on the floor below, can be hired for lunch or post-meeting drinks.
