Winter can be a beautiful time of the year, but it can also create travel disruption for ticket holders.

It is inevitable that as bad weather sets in, there will be times when people feel it is unsafe to travel here to see a production.

However, in the great tradition of the theatre, the show must go on, whatever the weather but we cannot make travel decisions for you. This is up to individuals to decide for themselves.

It's commonly acknowledged however that when customers buy tickets it is their responsibility to reach the venue on time.

If you do decide to travel in bad weather though, please allow plenty of extra time to reach us.

Unfortunately it's not possible for us to refund individuals who feel they can’t travel.

However, we do offer flexibility in either exchanging your tickets or alternatively, accepting tickets for resale. Please contact the Ticket Office to find out how you can do this.

We always inform customers if there are any alterations to the performance schedules.

Customers who feel it's impossible for them to attend performances due to bad weather should contact the Ticket Office as soon as possible to receive instructions on to how best to proceed.
