Our Head Chef Marc Corfield has come from The Walnut Tree, one of Wales' best loved and most celebrated Michelin-starred restaurants.

In consultation with culinary legend Shaun Hill, Marc has developed menus which puts quality, seasonal Welsh produce at the heart of everything we do.


At least 80% of the ingredients used in our restaurants, cafes and event catering come from Welsh farms, fields and waters.

All of our food is fresh and local, from Langland Bay cockles to spring lamb from Bala and we’re proud to be promoting Welsh produce and the use of these great ingredients in our dishes.
