Ticket office updates

Please visit our ticket office page to see key information about our current processes for cancelled and postponed shows. Our phone lines are now closed and a reduced team are working from home.

Our ticket office closed on 1 August 2020, from which point we're only monitoring emails periodically. We hope to reopen in January 2021, at which time we will do our best to resolve any outstanding issues.
