Voice of Wales in VR

Try something new this summer. Step inside our free virtual reality (VR) zone  and immerse yourself in some incredible experiences.

We're supplying Pico G2 VR headsets pre-loaded with a variety of jaw-dropping immersive 360 experiences on them. All you have to do is put them on and let your imagination run wild.

Our latest VR film, Voices of Wales features some incredible Welsh music gigs recorded over 12 months across the entire country.

Voices of Wales was shot in 360º immersive video, capturing the magic of the moment inside six hemispherical lenses, transporting you to Clwb Ifor Bach, Festival No 6, the Green Man Festival and more where you can experience the gigs for yourself.

All six music tracks were specially recorded and mixed in three-dimensional 360º audio, treating each immersive scene as a full 360-degree sphere of sound, with you at the heart of it.

Discover Welsh girl band, Adwaith, modern folk singer-songwriter Gareth Bonello from The Gentle GoodAstroid Boys’ high energy fusion; Afro Cluster’s club-jazz-rap synthesis, the Brythoniaid male voice choir and urban electronica from Cardiff's Marged.

Follow these emerging Welsh music acts through dramatic landscapes and hear what it means to be an artist in Wales today.

VR ZONE: OPENING TIMES

If you experience any of these symptoms, please remove the headset.

*If you are affected by strobe lighting and rapid music then you might want to avoid watching the Voices of Wales film which features live music gigs.

Age recommendation for viewing is 12+
