Most Saturdays throughout the year we run fun-filled and free craft workshops for the whole family to get involved in.
11am – 4pm
Based in the Glanfa Foyer and hosted by a team of bilingual facilitators, everyone is encouraged to unleash their inner Picasso and make something special together in a safe, nurturing environment.
Our family programme was developed to give families an opportunity to experience being creative together.
It also enables children from a young age to: express themselves freely, learn to problem solve, work together and share and to make friends whilst creating their very own piece of amazing art.
These inter-generational sessions are for everyone. Mums and dads, grandparents, responsible adults, guardians, brothers and sisters are all welcome.
You don’t need to sign up, just pop down or drop in if you’re passing and have an hour to fill with the kids.
It’s completely free to take part and create something and you can stay for as long as you like.
Create your very own flying kite, make a beautiful stained-glass window, mould a plasticine monster or just get messy at a sponge paint party.
Age guidance for these sessions is 3 years+
There’s no upper age limit but children cannot be left unattended.
