A fun-filled family festival for all ages.
One of Europe’s largest annual touring youth festivals, the Urdd National Eisteddfod, is visiting Cardiff Bay during May half-term.
There’s so much for the whole family to discover during a visit to the festival, from performances in the pavilion to sports sessions, live music, colourful stalls and much more. Come and enjoy this unique Welsh festival.
For the first time, there will be free entry for everyone to enjoy the Eisteddfod ‘Maes’ (festival site).
To watch preliminaries and competitions in all competition venues (including the Donald Gordon Theatre) adults will need to purchase daily wristbands. All competitors and under-18s will enjoy free entry.
Complimentary wristbands will be provided for competitors and further information about how to collect these will be available via the Urdd’s on-line competitor’s system.
Earlybird offer: Adult wristband £13 until the end of April (£15 from the beginning of May).
Wristbands will be posted out nearer the time.
Wristbands are half price on Saturday.
