Take our backstage tour – with a spooky twist! – and get an exclusive behind-the-scenes glimpse into the world of theatre, with some added bone-chilling theatrical tales.
Beginning at our iconic Donald Gordon Theatre, you’ll be guided through our rarely seen backstage areas before ending your tour with an opportunity for photos by our famous inscription wall. And along the way our guides will regale you with spooky tales from theatres across the land.
We pride ourselves on being open and welcoming to everyone. If you have any specific access requirements, please contact us before the tour so that we can make any necessary arrangements.
Your ticket includes a hot chocolate on arrival. Please arrive at our ground floor café-bar, Ffwrnais, at least 30 minutes before the tour starts and show your ticket to claim your free drink.
Age guidance: 8+
Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes beforehand to enjoy your free hot chocolate from Ffwrnais. The meeting point for the start of the tour is Siop, located in the far-left of the building on the ground floor.

As Wales Millennium Centre is a busy working theatre, we may at times need to remove certain parts of the tour for the health and safety of customers.
