We welcome you to join us at Wales Millennium Centre for What Happens Next?, a series of short plays written, directed and performed by young theatre makers.

If you have ever gone to see a play and thought you would have written it differently, now is your chance to get involved. What Happens Next is a project which begins with six writers writing the first five minutes of a play each. These five minutes are brought to life by directors and actors for an audience, who are then posed the question, what happens next?

Over the course of 6 weeks, with the input of writers, directors, actors and you, the audience, 6 brand new 30-minute pieces of theatre will be developed:

• Week 1: 23 September 18.00-20.00
• Week 2: 30 September 18.00-20.00
• Week 3: 7 October 18.00-20.00
• Week 4: 14 October 18.00-20.00
• Week 5: 21 October 18.00-20.00
• Week 6: 28 October 18.00-20.00

The audience is vital in shaping the pieces that are performed, and it is not your typical audience experience. We will be asking you to be involved in the process throughout the evening by providing feedback and even getting involved in some games. Please feel free to book and come along to as many performances as you are able to attend.
