EXPLORE PLATFFORM: SUMMER TASTERS
Are you 11-14 and curious about music, writing, art, performance or radio? Platfform at Wales Millennium Centre does it all, and we’re opening our doors this summer for you to come and try it out!
Join us on 28, 29 and 30 July and take part in fun, hands-on workshops where you can create, perform and experiment.
You’ll meet new people, work with professional artists, meet our team and find out how to get involved at Platfform. No experience needed, just come along and give it a go!

Got something to say? Write your own poems and have a go at performing them
Beat Making with Angus Newman
Love music? Create your own beats and experiment with making tracks
Wednesday 29th July, 11am – 4pm
Radio with Bablu Shikdar*
Fancy being on the radio? Try presenting, recording and sharing your voice Try your hand at presenting and recording
Print-making with The Printhaus*
Into art and design? Create your own prints and make custom stickers
Photography
Always taking pictures? Learn how to capture great shots and try out new techniques
(*due to a smaller workshop capacity, you’ll choose between radio or printmaking)

Like acting or being creative? Play drama games, create characters and bring your ideas to life
Dance with Onyx Uwandulu
Love to move? Learn some key Hip-hop moves, build a short routine and perform together
How do I sign up?
