How large must my group be to receive a group discount?
Your group must consist of at least 10 people to be eligible for a discounted performance ticket. Visit the group offers section on our website to find out more.
Can we all sit together?
When booking, just let us know how you’d like your seats to be allocated e.g. all even seats, one long row and whenever possible we’ll try to accommodate you. When you receive your invoice it will also detail the seating area, row and seat numbers.

When do I need to pay?
All performances have their individual payment dates and the groups advisor will let you know this when reserving your tickets. It’s also on your invoice which you can keep for your records.
We try and negotiate a payment date with producers which is as near to the performance as possible to give you as much time as possible to secure payment from your group.
How can I pay?
We offer lots of easy ways to pay:
- We can accept one cheque per booking*, which is to be made payable to Wales Millennium Centre (Trading) Ltd and returned to: Group Sales Department, Wales Millennium Centre, Bute Place, Cardiff, CF10 5AL. Please write the order number on back of the cheque. You will find this on your invoice.
- We also accept BACS Payments which may be made to: Lloyds TSB Acct No: 16624760 Sort code: 30-67-64 (please quote the Order Number)
*Please note: once a cheque is received, tickets will be sent within 21 days of the payment clearing.
I've lost my invoice, what do I do?
Get in touch by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org stating the full name, address, postcode and reservation or invoice number (if you have it ) that the reservation is under so that we can locate your order.
Can I reserve tickets through the website?
Not currently, but we’re looking into this as a future offering. You can however purchase group tickets and the discounts (if applicable) will be added on when you place the tickets in your basket on the website.
What if someone in my group can't make the production after I've made a reservation?
We completely understand that organising a group can be complicated; therefore, we provide you with a reservation period, so that you can collect the money and only pay for the tickets you need.
Once you’ve paid for your tickets, they become non-refundable but if you let us know we can try to resell them for you. Please read our terms and conditions for full details.
What are the group organiser benefits?
If you can persuade 19 or more people to join you on your theatre trip, you will qualify for a *free ticket to see the show yourself, plus some vouchers for a complimentary cup of tea or coffee and an interval ice-cream as a well-earned reward for all your hard work.
To claim your complimentary interval ice cream, go to any of the bars on Level 2, 4 and 5 or located in the stalls of the auditorium and hand the voucher to any ice cream usher.

Can coach drivers receive any benefits?
Yes, coach drivers can access the following offers while at the Centre:
- Free cup of tea or coffee in our Café Bar
- Free ticket to see the show (subject to availability)
