Top tips

Here's our top five things to consider when organising your group booking:

1. Find out what's on

From the biggest West End musicals to newest stage hits, Wales Millennium Centre is the place to visit for world-class productions. Browse our current group deals and see What’s On.

2. Sign up to Booking Protect

We now offer refund protection for your tickets so you can get a full refund of the purchase price should you or anyone in the party be unable to attend due to things like illness, bad weather or a mechanical breakdown. Find out more about Booking ProtectA quote for refund protection can be given when you reserve tickets; however, it will need to be added again when you pay for your final booking.

3. Plan an overnight stay

You can book discounted hotel rooms with our preferred 4-star hotel partner Future Inns (using the code WMC23BB). What’s more, through our partnership every room you book with Future Inns helps support our work with young people and communities across Wales.

4. Explore Cardiff

If you're planning to stay in the area a little longer and want some top insider tips on our capital city, read our top 10 things to see in Cardiff.

5. Access information

You won’t need to worry about members of your party finding it hard to get around at the Centre. The coach drop-off points are very nearby, and we have level access and lifts to all floors. Read our accessibility guides for more information and download our map of the building so you know where to go. There's a full list of accessible performances here.
