There are 17 pre-bookable, undercover spaces available for disabled visitors, accessible from Pierhead Street at the side of the building.

There are three time slots available to book; 8am -12 noon; 12.30pm - 5pm and 5.30pm till closing time.

Blue Badge parking can be booked when you check out your order. Please note it must be purchased before entering the car park. You must have your blue badge number to book a space and enter the site. (This can be added in Your Account). 

*The disabled parking facility is not suitable for mini buses. There are however 12 free, on-street blue badge parking spaces along Bute Place which can accommodate larger vehicles.
