FAQ

The following information may help answer any questions you have.

Ticket delivery

Your tickets will usually arrive within 21 working days. If your tickets haven’t arrived, we can re-print them for you on the day of the performance. Please call our Ticket Office on 029 2063 6464 for more information and to report misplaced or undelivered tickets.

REFUNDS AND RE-SALES

With the exception of cancelled events, we will not refund tickets. However, we can accept tickets for re-sale, subject to a 10% fee.

These tickets will be made available for sale on your behalf through the Centre’s Ticket Office but we cannot guarantee that a new purchaser will be found. Please call our Ticket Office on 029 2063 6464 to request a re-sale.

Exchanges

Subject to availability and at our discretion, we may exchange tickets for another performance of the same production up to 24 hours before the performance for which the tickets were originally purchased.

All exchanges are subject to availability and a handling fee will be charged. Please call our Ticket Office on 029 2063 6464 to request an exchange.

Concessions

If available, any concessions will appear when adding seats to your basket and any concessions which require proof of entitlement, will be held for collection on the day of the performance.

Concessions can include options for Disabled patrons, Seniors (those over the age of 60), Students, Under 16s and Unwaged. These are all subject to allocation and availability.

Access Scheme

The Centre’s Access Scheme has now been replaced by the Hynt national access scheme. You can find full information here or by calling 01446 401 744.

Wales Millennium Centre will no longer accept its own Access Scheme applications, with the exception of group risk assessments.

You can phone us on 029 2063 6464, see us in person at the front desk, email us at tickets@wmc.org.uk  or contact us via Facebook or Twitter.

Emails and social media channels are monitored daily between 10am – 6pm. Please assist us in responding to your query as quickly as possible, by providing us with your order number, the email address or the address and postcode that you booked under within your direct message.

We are experiencing an exceptionally high volume of calls as Christmas is our busiest time of the year. All queries will be responded to as quickly as possible and customers are advised that wait times on the phone lines are up to 30 minutes currently.

We are currently working through all emails and will respond at our earliest opportunity. Email enquiries relating to performances in December and January will be prioritised, and for performances taking place in February onwards, please expect a delayed response.
