There are 17 pre-bookable, undercover vehicle spaces available for disabled visitors, accessible from Pierhead Street at the side of the Centre.

There are three timeslots available:
- 8am-12 noon
- 12.30pm- 5pm
- 5.30pm through to closing time (usually 11pm).
Use of the spaces is free when there are no theatre performances. However, due to heavy demand, a charge of £5 per space is made when there are performances in the Donald Gordon Theatre, Weston Studio and BBC Hoddinott Hall.
Please note that spaces need to be pre-booked by calling the Ticket Office on 029 2063 6464 (Minicom 029 2063 4651).
When booking a disabled car parking bay, customers will be required to give their blue badge number in addition to the registration number of the car. Please have this ready when booking your ticket. Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and all existing bookings will be honoured. You will be required to display your blue badge as you enter the site. Vehicles that do not display the Blue Badge will be refused entry.
The disabled parking facility is not suitable for mini buses. There is on street parking available at the side of the building (accessible from East Bute street) for mini buses and coaches.
There are also 12 designated free on-street disabled parking spaces along Bute Place. Wales Millennium Centre successfully negotiated an additional six spaces alongside the Centre, in addition to the previous six, on the opposite side of the road, by the Red Dragon Centre.
These are also marked on the map for your information. A further 92 designated disabled car parking spaces, 6 per level, are located in the Pierhead Street Multi-Storey Car Park. A fee of £4 is payable for users who arrive after 6pm on weekdays and all day on weekends.
