Wales Millennium Centre welcomes all children. In accordance with the Centre's licensing requirements all attendees to both performance spaces - the Donald Gordon Theatre and the Weston Studio - must be in possession of a valid ticket, and children under 16 years of age must be seated next to their accompanying adult (18+), parent or guardian, unless attending designated youth performances.

Children under 2 years of age may not occupy their own seat and must sit on a parent's or guardian's lap. All children under 2 years of age must be in possession of a baby ticket (£2.00). Children over the age of 2 years will be required to possess a full price ticket (or a child's price ticket if applicable) and will require their own seat. Some performances are not suitable for infants or small children.

Members of the public are asked to consult staff for advice on age restrictions for particular shows prior to purchasing tickets or attending the venue. If in doubt please seek the advice of staff in the Ticket Office before confirming your booking. Management reserves the right to refuse admission if a ticket bearing child is younger than the minimum age guidance for the performance being attended. The Management also reserves the right to request that accompanying adults remove infants or children from the auditorium if they are causing a disturbance to performers or to other patrons.
