Learn the basics of radio and podcast production in our free courses at our studios in Cardiff and Porth. We’ll teach you everything you need to know to get started from interview techniques to how to keep calm when going live.
Once you’ve completed one of our courses, you can join our family of presenters and make shows about the things that interest you. Whether that’s grime music, gaming, the environment, or something else, this is your station.

Meet the team
After graduating from a course, some of our trainees choose to stay with us to work for the station. They take on a role in the team with additional responsibilities for 6-12 months, whilst some just choose to work on their own shows. Meet the people running your station.
Events and Masterclasses
We love producing shows in the studio but we also get out and about, meeting and interviewing musicians and artists at gigs and festivals too such as London Podcast Festival, Green Man Festival, Hay Festival and Focus Wales.
We organise masterclasses with radio gurus, past and present, learning what it takes to be successful in radio. Guests have included former Radio 1 Newsbeat Editor Rod McKenzie and Polly James from Capital Radio.

OUR STUDIOS
