Your safety and security is important to us and we have a series of visible and discreet security measures in place 24-hours a day.

All bags may be subject to security searches prior to entry to the building. As such, we would ask that you don't bring any large bags to the venue as this could cause delays getting in.

Our site has full CCTV coverage and body-worn cameras are also in operation for the protection of all of our visitors and staff.

Any bags larger than 42cm x 23cm x 30cm must be left at the cloakroom with a suggested donation. Please note: anyone who declines a security search will not be allowed in.

If you are attending a theatre performance, please ensure that you arrive in plenty of time for these security checks to take place, especially if you need to collect tickets from the ticket desk which can be very busy pre-show.

Drones are strictly prohibited from the site and the surrounding area.

Our security measures are under constant review and we reserve the right to change arrangements at short notice.
