Access for all
Our vision is to fire the imagination and broaden horizons, becoming a convener of creativity and culture in Wales. To ensure anyone can access the arts, whatever their circumstance or taste, we collaborate with communities, young people and audiences to create programmes and ways of operating that welcome all.
Equality, diversity and anti-racism
As we work towards becoming a more equitable organisation, we champion and celebrate all forms of lived experience and create ways to actively include and nurture those groups who have suffered and are suffering systemic and institutional abuse and bias.
The Environment and sustainability
We recognise that we are in a climate crisis and have a key role and responsibility to ensure we lower our impact on the environment. We are therefore prioritising our net zero road map so we can continue to inspire, train and welcome future generations.
Welsh language
As a national organisation we are proudly bilingual and committed to offering a bilingual experience to employees, volunteers, participants and audiences.
