As a community focused charity, we want to encourage people from all walks of life and of all ages to get more involved with the arts and take part in our fantastic volunteering scheme.
Wales Millennium Centre is an inspiring, motivating and exceptionally rewarding place to work at and there’s never a dull moment.
By volunteering here you'll get to meet new people, learn new skills and get to work in an exciting and fun environment.

Our Volunteer Roles
Our volunteer ushers help enhance our front-of-house offering and world-class customer service.
As part of our customer experience team you will be responsible for firing the imagination of all who visit us and making sure that everyone can enjoy themselves in a safe and relaxed environment.
"It’s definitely helped towards getting my drama A-Levels but it's also opened up a new world of art to me that I'd not normally have chosen to see".Morgan Ward
Membership and Engagement
Membership and engagement volunteers help to both promote our membership scheme and encourage donations to support our charitable work.
They actively engage with customers, informing them of the benefits of becoming a member, and talk about our Creative Learning projects to inspire donations.
Community Engagement Producers
Our community and engagement producers are our community ambassadors, representing us and connecting with communities across Wales.
Using your community links you'll reach out to new audiences for shows across our whole programme, including our annual Festival of Voice.
You'll have access to ticket offers in order to encourage those who wouldn’t normally be able to come to be a part of our audience and community.
We regularly recruit for new events that require support, so if you’d like to join the team as a volunteer then it's worth following us on social media for volunteer roles and updates.Apply to become a volunteer Volunteer pack
