Dewch i mewn

Our Chair’s Circle is a group of like-minded individuals who share a passion for the arts and a belief in the importance of our work as the national arts centre – making the arts more accessible and nurturing creativity across Wales and beyond.

Originally formed by Wales Millennium Centre’s Life President, Lord Rowe-Beddoe – who remains involved  - the group is led by our current Chair, Peter Swinburn.

Chair’s Circle members play an integral role in funding our projects and productions through a minimum donation of £5,000 a year, enabling us to further our transformational work with young people, communities and new talent, lighting up lives across the nation.

Members of the group develop a personal relationship with us, tailored to their interests e.g. those with a particular interest in our own productions will be taken to the very heart of the development process, meeting writers, directors and actors as a piece develops.

We also offer behind-the-scenes visits to meet those taking part in our projects – allowing members to witness the impact of their support first-hand – and to spend time with our senior leadership team, enabling them to get closer to our work, vision and plans.

The group comes together at least once a year for an exclusive event and support is acknowledged on-site, in print and online.

Chair’s Circle members also enjoy all the benefits of Partner Awen membership.
