Wales Millennium Centre is Wales’ national home for the performing arts in Cardiff Bay. One of the UK’s top cultural attractions and home to eight resident partners, this Welsh landmark stages musicals, opera, ballet, circus and contemporary dance alongside the UK’s largest programme of free performances.
In Parenthesis is young British composer Iain Bell’s adaptation of the epic poem by Welsh poet, writer and artist David Jones.

The Centre hosts a regular programme of exhibitions by a wide range of established and emerging artists, across a wide range of mediums.
There are free performances on offer most lunchtimes and early evenings featuring a range of styles from jazz, traditional, classical, world, choirs, brass through to readings and performance literature – all free for our visitors to enjoy.
We offer a range of inspiring family experiences here at the Centre, including many activities for our youngest visitors to enjoy.
This Welsh language stage play for 3 - 7 year olds and their families is based on Mary Vaughan Jones’s classic, timeless characters.
