It's hard to believe that we've turned fifteen. Productions and people come and go but this iconic building remains, as a home for the arts in Wales.
Today is actually our official 15th birthday. Back in November 2004 we ran a staff competition to unlock the doors, won by Janet Thickpenny who had the honour of turning the key on her 40th birthday (just ahead of the official opening by the Queen) and Janet is still here, working in Customer Experience.
Every time I walk into the auditorium I feel uplifted.
Janet Thickpenny
