This September we're teaming up with Child Friendly Cardiff to deliver a fantastic abseiling opportunity for young people aged 12+ to come and scale the walls of our iconic building in Cardiff Bay.
Abseiling sessions will be held on Saturday 3 September and Sunday 4 September from 11am to 5pm.
You'll be able to book your time slot in advance or by turning up on the day – available slots permitting.

Under 18's must be accompanied by parental/guardian/support worker and must have consent.
Once your booking has been confirmed, please complete this attendance form which must be completed by August 31 to confirm your slot.
Upon arrival, visit our registration desk located in the Glanfa foyer (near Caffi) to receive your harness and training before being escorted up to the roof for your abseil. Please wear suitable clothing and footwear on the day - no flip-flops allowed.
Age restriction: 12+
*Anyone under 18 will require signed permission from a parent/guardian or a teacher/support worker.
Running time: Every 30 mins
Covid measures will be in place.
