Our building is open daily from 10am and staff are on hand to help at our information desk from 11am – 5pm each day, or until 15 minutes after the evening performance starts.
If you have booked tickets to a cancelled show we will automatically refund the original booker and you do not need to contact us. Read our FAQs carefully before contacting us.
You're welcome to contact us in either English or Welsh, and we'll be happy to respond without delay in your language of choice in line with our Welsh language commitment.

You can reach out to us directly from this website by clicking the orange button labelled ‘CAN WE HELP?’ in the left-hand corner of your screen.
Customer Relations Assistants will be on hand to answer any enquiries via the web chat from 10am - 5pm, Monday to Saturday (except Bank Holidays). If you’re contacting us out of hours, or if all our team are busy serving other customers, there is also a Chat Bot capable of answering basic queries.
Our telephone information lines (for customers who don't have internet access) are open from 12 – 5pm from Monday to Saturday. You can reach us on 029 2063 6464.

These inboxes are monitored by a reduced team, who will answer enquiries in order of urgency.
If your enquiry is about a performance that isn't happening in the near future you might not receive a response from us for several weeks, but we'll get back to you in plenty of time before the show starts.
