From arriving at the festival to where to stay, take a look at our frequently asked questions...

When and where is the festival?

This year's festival takes place from 9 – 13 October 2024 at Wales Millennium Centre, Bute Place, Cardiff Bay, CF10 5AL. Line-up details coming soon.

Cardiff Bay is easily accessible via bus, train, car, bike and water taxi. More information on how to get here.

What should I do when I arrive?

On arrival, just show us the QR code that you received when you booked your festival ticket.

There's no need to print your ticket – just keep your e-ticket safe in your emails or add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, and show us the QR code on arrival.

If you have booked multiple tickets, you can share them with your group via email or text. Please share wisely. Once a QR code has been scanned upon entry, it will be deactivated.

There’s a whole range of accommodation in Cardiff to suit all types of budget - from luxury hotels to backpacker hostels, budget stays and Airbnbs. Take a look at Visit Cardiff for more information.

We also offer deals through Future Inns. Our Accommodation section has more information on this.

Are there any age restrictions?

What about accessibility?

The festival is fully committed to ensuring an accessible environment and improving access for everyone at our events.

All venues are wheelchair accessible. If you’re a wheelchair user, please let us know at the time of your booking.
