You can still book tickets and find information about upcoming shows 24 hours a day on this website. You can also take a look at our FAQs and more information about our Coronavirus safety measures, as well as ask our chatbot in the bottom left of your screen.

You're welcome to contact us in either English or Welsh, and we'll be happy to respond without delay in your language of choice in line with our Welsh language commitment.

By phone

If you need to amend an existing booking, can't find your e-tickets in My Account, or if you're unable to book online for any reason, our telephone information line 02920 63 64 64 is being answered by a reduced team 12pm - 5pm Monday to Saturday.

Please continue to make new bookings online wherever possible. This phone line is primarily for customers who don't have access to digital channels.

Please note that these inboxes are currently being monitored by a reduced team, who will answer enquiries in order of urgency. If your enquiry is for a performance that isn't happening in the near future you may not receive a response from us for several weeks, but rest assured we will endeavour to get to your email in good time before the show.

In person

Our ticket desk has now gone, but our information point and cloakroom is open an hour before each performance with staff on hand to help with ticketing enquiries. To find us, turn left as you walk through the front doors and head to the north end of the concourse.

We also have volunteers on site throughout the day who will be happy to welcome you back to the building and answer any general queries.
