You can reach out to us directly from this website by clicking the orange button labelled ‘Can We Help?’ in the left-hand corner of your screen.
Customer Assistants will be on hand to answer any enquiries via web chat 10am - 5pm, Monday to Friday and 12 - 5pm on Saturday.
If you’re contacting us out of hours, or if all our Customer Assistants are busy serving other customers, there is a chat bot capable of answering basic queries.
Our phone line 029 2063 64 64 is now open again and is being answered by a reduced team between 10am - 5pm Monday to Friday and 12 - 5pm on Saturday.
Where possible please continue to book tickets online and use web chat for your enquiries. The phone line is primarily for customers who do not have access to digital channels.

Our ticket desk has now gone, however there will be an information point and cloakroom open an hour before each performance where there will be staff to assist with your enquiries. To find us, turn left as you walk through the front doors and head down the concourse.
