Are you 14–18 years old and interested in learning how to shoot your own music video?
Short-form films like music videos are something we see all the time and it's a format that has kick started the careers of many great film directors!
During this two day workshop, you'll work in groups to choose a suitable song and create your own version of a music promo video.
Throughout the course you'll be given guidance on key elements to improve your filmmaking skills with Screen Alliance Wales Training Manager, Rhys Bebb and Team Assistant Sam Brown.
Screen Alliance Wales is an organisation funded by the industry to operate as a bridge between future employers and their potential workforce. They post regular entry level job roles on their website, as well as organising work shadowing placements and providing free careers guidance and training.
For the relative newcomer looking to learn more, these sessions will provide you with all the tools to make a great music video!
WHO IS IT FOR?
Our courses are available to anyone aged 14 - 18 yrs from all backgrounds across Wales and are entry level, aimed at the curious, beginners, or for those looking to refresh their skills.

Drinks and snacks will be provided for all participants during break times but we do ask that you bring your own lunch on the day.
WHEN IS IT?
You'll need be able to commit to both days of the course on 25 and 26 August 2022, 9.30am – 4pm.
