Wales Millennium Centre

This six-week training course will teach you how to create a radio programme or podcast and is accredited with an opportunity to complete an Agored Cymru Unit.

You'll also learn about different types of radio content, sourcing and creating news stories, and making quality recordings. Try presenting, interviewing and discussing things that matter to you.

Whether you’re a die-hard fan of radio and podcasts, or someone who’s never dived into the medium before, this course is built to support and encourage you, no matter what level you’re at.

Upon completion of the course, participants are welcome to join the Radio Platfform family of presenters, create shows for our station, and engage in exclusive Radio Platfform member events.

WHO IS IT FOR?

The courses are available to anyone aged 14 – 25 from all backgrounds across Wales.

WHEN IS IT?

Every Thursday, 6pm – 8pm for six weeks, starting on 28 April 2022.

Once you've registered, we'll send you more information about the course.

This course has six sessions taking place on: 28 April, 5 May, 12 May, 19 May, 26 May and 2 June and you’ll need to attend each one. Please add one ticket to your basket to book your place on the entire course.

Age limit: 14 – 25 years old
