CANCELLED

Donald Gordon Theatre

Due to Alert Level 2 measures remaining in place in Wales, we regret that all performances of The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe that were due to take place between 18 – 22 January, will no longer be going ahead as planned.

We are working with the producers to try to rearrange for this production to come to Wales Millennium Centre later this year.

We will be in touch with ticket bookers directly.

Direct from London, the smash hit production of C.S. Lewis’ classic The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, voted the nation's favourite book in 2019,  is coming to Wales Millennium Centre.

Starring TV and theatre star Samantha Womack as the evil White Witch, step through the wardrobe into the enchanted kingdom of Narnia.

Join Lucy, Edmund, Susan and Peter as they wave goodbye to wartime Britain and embark on the most magical of adventures in a frozen, faraway land where they meet a Faun, talking Beavers, the noble king of Narnia, Aslan, and the coldest, most evil of all, White Witch.

This critically acclaimed production is pure “theatrical magic.” (The Times)

This critically acclaimed production reunites director Sally Cookson with designer Rae Smith, writer in the room Adam Peck, movement director Dan Canham, puppetry director Craig Leo, lighting designer Bruno Poet, sound designer Ian Dickinson and music by Benji Bower all of whom originally brought the show to life in 2017, breaking box office records at Leeds Playhouse.
